Phase2 pride themselves on finding contemporary ways to use stitch and mixed media to create designs which are both exciting and unique. 

 

The group has evolved from the successful textile group, Work in Progress, bringing some changes and including new members and artists with a different range of talents, offering new ideas and different ways to collaborate. Members come mainly from north London and the Home Counties, meeting several times a year to support development and to offer mentoring to each other, as well as sharing workshops. The importance of constant reflection and challenge, with constructive criticism, is central the group’s philosophy.​​
